I phoned around for a quote when I purchased a vehicle last year. In the end I decided not to go with Verseker and stay with my current insurer. I informed Verseker that I was not going to take the cover with them and that was that. recently when I was reconciling my bank accounts I found that Verseker was deducting a amount of R125 from my account as from last year July. I contacted Verseker on 24/10/2013 the via e-mail and explained to them my problem. I was informed by a Vicky De Beer that someone will contact me shortly. Now 18 days have gone by and they have deducted the money again from my account. Please people, I do have existing insurance and I dont need or want to be covered by you. Please honour my wishes and stop deducting money from my account, also return the money that you took from my account after you where instructed not to! I have mailed you this morning so I will see if this get attented to. I have spoken to my lawyer and we will take this matter futher - Awaiting your responce...
