BlueBean submitted wrong updates to Transunion

My Blue bean credit card account is currently under debt review.
My debt counsellors have been paying the account on a monthly basis without a skipping and I have the statements to corroborate this. Yesterday (10/01/2013) I requested my credit report from Trans union website and was surprised to find out that the account has been flagged as "written-off" and that I have not been paying for the past 24months. This account in question was written off in September 2012. My plea to Blue bean is to please consolidate my payments into this account and update my credit records with Trans union accordingly. I'm prepared to settle this account by paying additional amount over and above the debt review payment amount.
