On 07 November i phoned the Dial Direct Car insurance to log a claim. INeedless to say that i was in a sombre mood but that soon dissipatred when i engaged with Happiness, she handled my case very well and i ended up smiling and my mood changed for the better instantly. It felt as though i was chatting with an old friend. Thank you very much for making my day.
