I have found BEEP BANK!!!

I have had shocking service from Nedbank. They have harassed me, put the phone down on me, to me (all conversations are recorded by the way Nedbank!) and have caused me great frustration and worry as I am now not able to get a loan I really desperately need this month in order to survive! They accused me of only paying R50 one month under my credit card payments - I PAID R550!!!) I have asked them many times to please correct this and they have not. I still get phone calls harassing me on weekends (I spoke with a consultant in August regarding this and she apologised for the incorrect details on their side but no correction has been made - this scares me that they have not done this, what other money "disappears" there I wonder? When I called to get things corrected as they have me listed on ITC as being behind on payments, and I desperately needed to get a loan today, I was passed around, to and hung up on! Disgusting! I had R180 airtime I now have R30! I will never apply for anything through Nedbank again, my suggestion is you don't either unless you enjoy shocking service and having your accounts run by a system that cant pick up a simple glitch - SCARY!
