Taking money AGAIN!

After serious debates and negotiations about my ridiculously high premiums, they offered me a new premium of R715.51 p/m.
This was agreed to in October.
On the third of November a debit order of R1096.52 failed to go through to oakhurst as I always deposit only enough to cover the necessary transactions for the month.
Amazingly on the 11th when I deposited some extra money into my account, a R1146.52 transaction went through to oakhurst.
The banking fees on these illegal transactions of them alone is costing me more than I can afford.
This is not the first time that they take money from me that was not part of an agreement.
Completely unacceptable!
