Why is my account not updated

On monday 28 Jan i paid my account loan
becaus ewe got paid earlier. I called the call centre to asked if i can do a deposit because io was afriad that there wont be money left. They sms me the details i did a transfer from fnb and instructed pay and clear. yesterday i called in your call centre spoke with Chris and asked that it shouldbe updated. till now nothing has been updated. please update.
