Goodday, I had a loan last year but due to circumstances was not able to meet contractual date. However on 30 November 2012 R2815.73 was successfully paid via debit order. Later i received a letter saying i still owe R168.00 which i paid in on 25 January 2013. I know see that i still owe R150.53. Originally the contract amount was R2506.89. I tried contact the call centre but was told that if the account was not updated after payment it is not Wonga's problem. Please can someone help. Can i have a print out costs from inception of loan to date and the account updated.

I am impressd with the actual process of the loan but whished that the after sales service was just as good.

I hope i can get help via this channel as Wonga's call centre clearly cannot help.
