Service Lack Of Communication

Hi,

I would like to bring to the publics knowledge that i have recently taken on quicksure as my insurer. This seems to have been a grave mistake on my part. There is a lack in communication and the level of service that i got from my previous insurers is far superior. My car went in to a panel beater of their choice for a very minor damage, my car has been with these guys since the 11th Of Jan, with NO WORK done on it yet. No communication on when work will be done. My car hire has expired, i am left without a car and no transport to get to work. I would have preffered if my car went in when the parts had arrived so i would have not been forced in this situation. My car is at westrand panel beaters and to date they cant give me any sort of timeline. Quicksure cares none about the plight of my situation and will make no arrangements to allow me to get an extension on the hired car. Yet the accident is not my fault and recovery is being processed. I really disappointed that no one there even followed up on my car to findout what was going on. Level of Service. If any one is saving a small amount going to them please dont, the service is and you will regret it.
