I have received numerous system generated sms's and emails from Credit Intel which are factually incorrect given that they are system generated without any regard for correspondence that I have sent to Credit Intel in response to their earlier notices.
They have undisputably ignored my numerous emails to them without any engagement or response. I have further told them that I go on record of stating that I do not agree to owing their client money. I recognise that their client may differ in this regard and have informed them that I have taken legal counsel, and am willing to fight this matter and as such they can refrain from making further requests to settle and if their client is intent to pursue this matter that he must do so through the proper legal channels yet they have not instututed proper legal action as of yet and I continue to receive system generated standardised "spam".
