Rameez Fredericks was very helpful with assisting me in updating and adding my new cellphone to my policy. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He took his time to make sure that all my detailes are correctrly captured in my policy which actually helped with my premium ging down a bit. He is the kind of guy that will make sure that clienst do not take their business somewhere else :-)
