FNB has all these lovely Steve ads abt how you get cashback ebucks so I upgraded my card from a LifeStart to ChequeAcc. I did it online quick and easy, there were a few issues when I recvd my card cause I couldnt activate it online even though I transferred money into the acc. I had to go into the Sunnginghill branch twice to get the problem fixed as it stated that my acc was frozen and they didnt even know why. I asked about getting an EB card and was informed that it would only be delivered to me after 21days. I recvd my ChequeCard on the 30th September so 21days have now passed STILL NO EB card. I went online to view the progress of my EB I saw that it wasnt accumulating so I put a complaint online, I didnt recv a call back neither did I recv a courtesy email. When I went back online I saw that my EBs was now accumulating but only from the 5thNov. I have been robbed of my rewards before the 5th that even reflect on my statement (17Oct-Fuel, 18Oct-Airtime purchase, 22Oct-Fuel at Engine, again petrol on the week of the 28 which doesnt reflect on the statement as it ends on the 25) An email was sent 26Sep that if I transfer 500 into my new acc that I would get EB5000, I have not recvd that either
