I think it's about 6 months now since I registered for the UCount option from Standard Bank. Till today I'm still waiting for the card I'm supposed to have to benefit for this but even though there's no card the charge for this benefit is still being deducted from my bank account every m, onth. About 2 months back a lady from the bank called me to tell me that they will be deducting for 2 months since the debit order did not go through the last month. I asked her why they still deducting even though I still have not received the card. She tried explaining about delays and still today I'm waiting. I'm so utterly dissapointed by Standard Bank.
