Since I phoned my insurance company last Saturday about my son's insulinpump that was damaged, I have phoned three times this week to hear how things are going and everytime someone else is busy with the case and everytime they promise to call me back but they never do. It is very urgent that he gets a new pump and we had lots of extra expenses to buy insulin and pens and needles to inject him. I asked them several times to please speed up the process since it is urgent.
