Urgently need travel insurance for mother in law

I have been trying for the last week to organise travel insurance for my mother in law with little success. I originally phoned last Tuesday and dealt with a gentleman whose name I believe was Kameel who promised to get back to me, I have phoned a few times post the original conversation but he is not responding to my calls.

Subsequent to this I have sent 4 emails which have all been ignored.

Please assist as this is an urgent matter (for me at least.)
