I called and spent about 20 minutes on the line being given a run around and interrogated about my reasons for wanting to cancel my policy. These insurance companies go on and on about excellent service on TV commercials and mislead the public. All they want is to milk the public. MiWay just cancel my policy effective end of this month. I don't need any convincing by your call center agents. I am more than capable of making my own financial decisions.
