The issue of rat damage was reported to Budget Insurance on Tuesday 28 October - the vehicle was only removed by a towing company from Bosch on the 30 October. The assesor would have looked at the car on the 31 October and had 2-3 working days to make a decision on whether my car can be repaired under insurance or if I had to pay for it. I followud up with emails and got no response. I phoned late yesterday and was suppose to get a call back - still did not this morning i got an email saying the vehicle needed to be removed to another company to strip the engine to determine if they will repair or not. I was given a rental and that car needs to go back on next Tuesday. I dont have any other means of transport and mymother is dependant on me she needs medical care every second day - when the rental has to go back i am stranded with not transport. I am not getting replies on my questions on the progress or deicsion with regards to my car's repairs OR whether the rental will be extended.
