In the past few month I have tried all means available to get in contact with DMC, but they have upto this point in time not responded to any of my queries,

I they are a registered company with the national credit regulator then you have to respond to all queries and feedback that is requested from them.

Can you respond to my requests that was send so that this matter can be resolved.
