I sent an e-mail on the 24/10/2013 to report damage on my phone for repairs. I then got a reply with the claim form which I filled in and I was told that the claim had been sent through to the underwriter, who would be contacting me the following day on the 25/10/2013.
After sending numerous emails to the claims facilitator (who has really tried to be helpful by forwarding the emails to the relevant people) and calling the call centre, I still have not heard anything from the underwriter on the status of my claim, and it is now 12 days late
