Who the does she think she is to tell me to open my ears when i ask her to repeat something. she refuses to transfer me to a supervisor and now i must pay twice for a product that i'm not interested in using. i was never informed that they want to renew the package and like any other company they should first get my approval before renewing this product as i already asked them to close this account. this is very unprofessional and also the way the staff (rialy) is speaking to a client.
