Whatever happened to good service without obligations. FNB has so many adverts knocking the other banks because it is so much better. I tried to get a homeloan quote to see if FNB really is providng a better service. (I am currently with Nedbank). The call centre refused to give a quote until I open a bank account with FNB. Why would I go thru the waste of time to open an account just to get a quote. If the quote was better than Nedbank the I would happily move ALL of my banking to them... which is almost 7 figures per year. You cannot force me to open an account... will only do so if its in my benefit as well. to you FNB... you are full of. Wont even give a quote to a potential client.
