ABSA WORST BANK EVER AND TRYING TO MONEY

I am an ABSA Plat client. I have all acc's with ABSA, including homeloan.
We applied for a new homeloan (R3.6M) through ABSA, promising feedback within 72hrs. After 3 wks of no feedback on application, we told them to not bother, and accepted a quote from another bank (agreeing to move across all accounts to the new bank - I wish I had!).
Realizing we were leaving, ABSA came through with a reasonable counter quote & we accepted - we should've already known better!
Last wk the bond attorneys informed us that the bond showed erroneously a higher amount (which means higher reg fees) and 2 new conditions which were not present on the quote! Nobody at ABSA could answer why this was the case. No feedback and not one person able to resolve it. Despite eventually getting through to someone to assist, it is now 1wk later and still NOTHING! We refuse to sign the contract as it stands, but every day that this continues, is another day we lose money & our transfer dates are delayed.
This is completely unacceptable - ABSA you are money and wasting ours. Hopefully someone with the ability to resolve this shocking service will read this & contact us before we go back to Nedbank/FNB.
