I had a break-in in January and mi way went out of their way not to pay me out, I did not accept this as it didn't feel right or fair to me. My windscreen was cracked after this and then a man drove through the parking lot very fast and I reversed into him. My car was not damaged at all, not even a scratch, and I truly believe it was his fault, and yet mi way paid out and I have now been rejected and I was not warned of this. They eventually paid me out 50% for the break-in in January. There is a huge emphasis now on TCF (treat customers fairly) and this requires informing them. I cannot get insurance now and was not aware that you should aim not to claim at all from insurers as their aim is to make money off you and if you have bad luck, they get rid of you as you a cost to them. I think this is not at all fair, I feel I should have been warned, eg if you claim again we will reject you. After my windscreen was fixed I received a beautiful gift from mi way which really impacted me positively - and the next thing I am being rejected.
