I was at home on 2 November and that evening I received an sms showing an online purchase made by Global Personals for the amount of R425. I immediately called the FNB Call Centre to stop my card as well as report activity on my account. Monday morning I filled out the claim forms, I call to follow up this morning and well, well - "we are not investigating Global Personals because they're a registered company so your claim is being referred to the Dispute Dept. WHAT??? And when was anybody going to tell me this?! 15 minutes later after being transferred to this dept, MORE FORMS, MORE WAITING AND my replacement card is still NOT ready!!! I am not happy FNB, not happy AT ALL!
