6 Weeks no feedback on Credit Card Interest breach

Good day, I have been waiting for feedback over 6 weeks regarding the interest on my credit card that FNB did not change since last year. I have been charged the maximum amount of 21% after I negotiated a rate with them, signed the quotation and application as acceptance and whereby they confirmed it has been completed. My credit card has been paid off once before without me noticing the interest still at 21% - I have also recently started a new business and used proceeds from the credit card to pay for goods. I then noticed that my interest is still 21% after negotiating a 2nd time with FNB to be reduced, because my monthly premiums are too high. I am now unable to afford the premiums and this is a breach of the NCA from FNB. I have been a loyal and in good-standing customer for several years, and I am a Platinum card holder. I will have to take further action if this is not resolved soon.
