A debit order was wrongly made on my credit card

HelloPeter, i'm still waiting for standard bank investigation. How long it took them to investigate. My problem is that one of their workers made a debit order from another person account to pay my credit card. Which are was not aware until they phone me. They don't accept their mistake and they made me to think about leaving them and close all my accounts. They aren't proffesional on handling their customers problem. What they do is to call me and remain me of their silly mistake. Why they don't check who was capturing that other client account. Because when i went to my branch to report about that issue, one of their consulted phone the prestige division to inquire about the person who was handling that other client account. They never gave her the person who was responsible for that account. Surely they failed me. I can't take responsibility for someone who never take his or her job accoutability. My credit card is ownered by me.
