I have been a client of FNB Festival Mall for years,

Today i went to the branch to have an unauthorized debit reversed,

When you arrive at the door there is this lady i think her name is Eunice, she greets everyone with a smile tell them where to queue, when you waiting on the queue she will be walking around asking what exactly you need,

When you get to the consultant you get her 100% attention, she knows exctly what to do and how to do it quickly.

I vote FNB Festival Mall as the best FNB branch. Keep it up.
