I bought our tickets to Australia with my FNB Credit Card. Upon requesting the FREE Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance, my premier banker informed me that it is not for one way tickets.

On [URL Removed] you state: "Get FREE Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance for every ticket purchased with your FNB Credit Card".

Please note that it specifically states for EVERY ticket purchased with your FNB Credit Card.

On [URL Removed] you also state: By purchasing the public conveyance travel tickets in South Africa (or other specified countries as detailed in the Policy) at full fare on your qualifying FNB Credit Card or Cheque Card prior to the departure, ticket holders are automatically covered for the first 90 days of the journey. This offer only applies if you are a resident of the Republic of South Africa...

Nowhere do you state that the offer only applies when you buy a return ticket as well - Once again, you mislead consumers!

This is exactly what Consumer Right No. 5 protects consumers against!! I expect you to honour what you advertise.
