Incorrect details

To whom this may concern

I was under debt review and finally cancelled with them due to no payments being made to my credits, I phone and make arrangements with wesbank to clear out my arrears, which I had to pay 70% and then the balance thereafter. This has not been a pleasant experience, everytime a payment was made to wesbank for the arrears, it comes back unpaid, because of wrong account details, this is not my fault and I have to pay bank charges for this. Please help as the money has come back into my acc again, and I don't wanna pay if its gonna come back unpaid
