I purchased a new vehicle and was doing comparative costings of a number of insurance companies. What a process! The same lengthy procedure about 5 times over two days, and I was about ready to give up on the purchase of my dream car.
Johannes changed my mind. He was absolutely stellar in his service, and went the extra mile to meet my expectation from a price and service perspective. He followed up with me, and was as excited as I was for me to drive my car off the showroom floor.
I really felt like he cared about me, and he spent almost an hour on the phone answering my questions and putting my mind at ease.
I only hope that the rest of the FFW experience is as good as he is, as this will mean that I have found an exemplary service provider handling my short term insurance needs.
