My Phone was last week sometime. I reported it to Finrite on Monday 04/11/2013. I dealt with a lady by the name of Buhle Konzapi. From the word go she took my case on personally. She followed up with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop. 2 days later and my phone is ready for collection. I had been collecting quotes from other insurers this week, but after dealing with Buhle I can assure you that I am staying firmly put! She must be congratulated on her customer service, communication and efficiency. Thank you Buhle.
