I followed up with the appointment lebo made at struwig panelbeaters..only to be told there was in fact no appointment made. Furious because the reason they never authorised the job at northern cape panel beaters was because they never made the appointment. Now there are only 2 panelbeaters to choose from and from many people I was told stay clear from struwig they are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Now they quoted a lot cheaper than northern cape panelbeaters and outsurance said I was to get a third quote, which I did and they agreed with northern cape panelbeaters.. but outsurance only wants to pay out what struwig quoted. How is that acceptable? If Struwig mess up the job on my bakkie who pays then? Do I not have the right to choose the better quality panelbeater and do outsurance not have the responsibility to pay?!
