I paid my loan in full within 2 months of taking it I was going through my bank statements and I see Direct Axis is still charging me R45 a month for Life Insurance when my account with them should be closed! I was forced to take the insurance when accepting the loan even though I have my own but was told its only as long as I have the loan! I want this cancelled and money returned to my account dating back to October 2013 when I had paid the loan up and received my settlement letter!
