Due to unfortunate circumstances, which I would have liked to avoid... I would like to bring the following to your attention,
I see that u respond to complaints on this site, and unfortunately I have been forced to communicate with you this way, as I do not receive much help from the people I contact at the offices.
I joined Debt Rescue on the 15th of August 2013 as a hopeful relieve to my stress as promised, but to date there is a continuous problem with my debit orders after numerous complaints. Every month I have to resolve the problem myself by calling into the offices where I joined, and every time I am promises that the problem will be resolved.
My debit orders are not being deducted on the agreed date, and as specified in your contract... I will be penalized for late payments, please help to rectify the problem with my debit order as no one else seems to be capable of doing it???
