I had a nice session with Dibuseng, from a frowned :( and stressed face to a happy :) face. Dibuseng helped me adjust my policy to a suitable premium... doing that with good attitude. I felt like She cares of more than just my premium and also took interest into personal circumstances while doing her thing. It felt great that myself and her worked together on determining the premium unlike with most insurance people who give you a premium and you either take it or leave it.
