R2000 double debited!!!

I went to a FNB atm on the 26th of October to draw R2000..the Atm did not dispense the R2000, it rebooted and gave me a technical error..I then attempted the second time and it discharged R2000.On the 28th which was Monday I checked my statement where I was debited twice for the R2000.I then went into the b ranch where I waited an hour and a half just to be told that ll transactinal banking..I did that with frustration and transactinal banking told me to go back to the branch which I did and then they gave me a form to fill in and told that within 20 working days they might transfer the money back into my account but its not guaranteed. I'm so off I need the money as soon as now, I did not pay my accounts due to FNBs negligence. I am now overdue with my edgars and sterns account where the interest is gone up. I don't have money for transport to get to work. I need my R2000 FNB is useless they rip people off and show no remorse .they also have companies debiting on clients accounts!! its useless.
