This is now the 5th time I am complaining. Three times at the branch and now twice on Hellopeter. It is very nice to get a system generated response, probably from an automated mailbox - BUT IT IS CLEARLY NOT WORKING!!!
I drew R2000 from an FNB ATM. It gave the card back, but immediately went out of order, so I did not receive my money. This happened on the 12th of September at Silverstar Casino. Even the Nedbank guard who is there permanently came to see if he can help. The division said I should go to the branch.
The next day I went to the branch and completed a claim form at 10:20 . They promised me in 7 days it will be resolved. Two weeks later, and still nothing. So I went back to the branch, they could not find the claim, so we sent it again. Two weeks after that still nothing. I went back AGAIN on Monday, 7 October, they told me it was escalated and will be rectified in 5 days. 5 days has come and gone and still nothing. Last week I was told before the end of Friday 18.10
I can't even phone the division myself. R2000 is like R200 000 to a single mom. I don't know what to do anymore. Surely they can balance the ATM and check the cameras.
