No Help on money getting deducted off account

So I left them a complaint on there website... A day when by no contact from Absa
this morning a guy phones me. I have you complaint, please can i have the account no.

SHOWS you that there customer mean nothing to the and they do not care to talk to them...
The worst part is if my complaint is valid that means on the accounts. They do not even care.
