This is my second report. After the first report requesting a settlement amount a lady came back to me and said I still owed R150. I paid R200 (just in case). This was last week. Yesterday I received an sms saying that I should honor my payment arrangement. I phoned NBA and they knew nothing about the R150 and said I still owed R700, I told them I received an email from them saying that I only owe R150, they said they will send me an email address and that I must forward the settlement email to them. I never received an sms. This morning I received another sms saying that I must honor my payment arrangement and pay R900. I emailed the lady that helped me last time but have not received any response.
