Delay to refund the monthly fee

I contacted Miway to cancel my policy on Fri. 27th Oct. Until I cancelled my policy, they wasted my time more than an hour on the phone. That is fine. The senior manager told me that my monthly fee for November would be refunded after submitting the proof of my car sale although I do not know why he asked me to submit it to cancel. I sent it to him immediately but I have never received the refund and the manager has never responded to me even though I sent emails twice. Other consultant said it would be refunded at the end of last week but it does not come. How much does Miway waste my time more?? If Miway does not treat this smoothly, I won't be back to Miway again even if I have an opportunity to get it.
