Unauthorized Debit

Hi,

I was debited by iWYZE on the 18th of December instead of the regular last day of the month. I did not authorized the early debit date, nor was I informed that there would be an early debit run. As a result, my account is now overspent and I have incurred bank charges, and my credit record is now tainted.

I am extremely upset by this, and I am even considering cancelling my contract with iWYZE as a result.

I must atleast be informed, and authorize the debit.
