2nd Application expired after any outcome

I am really disappointed with the poor service. After a second trip to the branch to submit my application it expired AGAIN without any result. So two applications and 4 weeks later with NO outcome and no one can give me any information on why this is happening. A total waste of time, petrol, bank statements and parking fees.
