Groupon advertised a product, but when it arrived, it was not the same as on the web. I reported it and after various e-mails and telephone calls, It still has not been resolved. I ordered and paid for the product on 10 September 2013. It arrived on 30 September and I immediately reported it. It is now 12 November and still no satisfying solution received. They wanted to offer me a R50 voucher. It is insulting, since the product I received is at least R100 cheaper on the market than the amount I paid. I will never do business with them again.
