I hereby write to you seeking help regarding Beares. Myself and my husband bought base and mattress at Beares (Heidelberg), Account no 8845, Branch no 5136 and sub no 10 (they put that account on my husband details - Mphikeleli Josia Mahlangu ID no 7211185501083. We settle that account and the TS credit send us prove of settlement letter (our reference 51360000884510, their reference CC0022955) on the 24 May 2012. We still have that document.

On the 25 October 2013 Phindile from legal department call my husband that Beares/African bank has handed him over the lawyer due to the outstanding balance of R4113.29 (arrears) and my husband told her that he settled that account. He asked Beares to send us the statement. We checked that Beares statement and we found that on the 07/03/2012 he paid R500 and the balance was R545.50. On the 30/04/12 he deposited the amount of R700 (ABSA bank), we have prove of deposit slip. As his wife I call TS credit on the 25/10/13 and I got Ouma she referred me to Suzeth. I could get hold of her they refer me to Fatto they said he is working with suzeth. I`ve explain the issue to him and he promise me to call back on Monday (28/10/13) and we didn`t receive
