I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH BEARES THAT I THOUGHT WAS PAID FINISHED IN JANUARY AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE AFRICAN BANK CALL CENTRE END ME OF AUGUST TELLING ME I NEVER SETTLED MY OUTSTANDING R213 IN JANUARY SO I ASK THEM WHY THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BY CALLING LIKE BEARES DID WHEN YOU ARE LATE WITH PAYMENT AND I TOLD THEM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY STATEMENTS VIA EMAIL SINCE MAYBE JANUARIE ALL I HAVE RECEIVED WAS MAILS FROM BEARES TELLING ME ABOUT SPECIALS SO I REQUESTED ALL MY STATEMENTS FROM LAST YEAR OCTOBER TILL AUGUST ALL THEY SENT ME WAS AUGUST STATEMENT WITH THE R213 AND INTEREST WHICH WAS ALMOST R600 AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD HAVE FINISHED THE ACCOUNT IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS AS I FEEL I HAVE BEEN A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER TO THEM SO BEARES IN CAPE TOWN CALLS ME AND I FIND OUT THAT SINCE FEBRUARY ALL ACCOUNTS QUIRIES THAT THEIR DURBAN CALL CENTRE DEALT WITH WAS BEING DEALT WITH BY THE AFRICAN BANK CALL CENTRE IN OBURG I WILL PAY THE R213 BUT NOT THE INTEREST BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED STATEMENTS FOR A FEW MONTHS AND NO CALLS WHICH THEY USUALLY DO AFTER A WEEK OR SO WHEN NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE I FEEL LIKE IM ROBBED AND I JUST WANT TO COME TO SOME AGREEMENT TO SETTLE THE R213
