After having my PC crash and trying to get my internet banking sorted. The only response is you must pay and pay. I have been with FNB for 10 years and never have I got any support from them. My suggestion is to listen very closely to there add and think before you open an account with them as there is all ways a to make money out of you (in hidden costs) as they can never help you with out it costing you an arm and a leg. So all I can say is think nicely before you move!!! to them.
