Unable to revers activity

I have an unauthorized debit order from going of my cheque account (mobilchoic) sounds like an internal, i called FNB to stop the order and trace it to only get told that it is an internal order that has no details about it, i ask if we can revers the order to only get told to go to the bank and inquire about the problem. I hate this bank i cannot stand the fact that money gets debited without my-consent and nothing can be done. i might as-well throw my money that i have out the window.
