FNB do not even know how to type an email address

I am trying to update an insurance policy linked to an FNB account. First a person at their Summerstrand branch referred me to an email address who they said would sort it. All I have had in response is 2 emails and a phone call from a Daniel giving me an email address that can not exist as amongst other things it has no proper domain.

Please do FNB have someone who is competent to sort this out.
