I wanted to withdraw money from my absa credit card just to realise it had expired, I called call centre and asked if the can assit me with the new acc nr, and what was there answer, go to the bank tomorrow, I asked if they cant transfer the money to the acc I wanted it in, and yet again what was the answer, go to the bank tomorrow, why are they working if no-one can assist you with any problem when in need, I feel im let down by a bank I supported all my years, but now im switching to a new bank as I realized im banking with "beep" bank...
