I have just sold my house. I have 3 bonds linked to the main house account. The selling price will cover 2 of the bonds but not the 3rd bond. I have been battling for over a week to get someone to assist me with the shortfall bond. I have been into ABSA (Keywest) for assistants but was told again "sorry we can't assist I need to contact the call center". I have contact the call centers and different departments numerous times. I have contacted the legal department but to noveal.

I need to get assistants urgently otherwise I will lose the buyers to my house. The lawyers handling the case is threating to close the deal. I need someone urgently to contact me that can assist me regarding this matter and NOT transfer to someone that might help me. I was also told by ABSA that they can't help me regarding a statement for the 3 bond.

Please contact me urgently, as I will take the matter further if this deal should fall through because of lake of service from ABSA side
