After having struggled to get nedbank personal loans department to change my banking details, eventualy they changed them after i called them abt 3 times and them calling me the same number of times. I specificaly stated the debit order date as the last day of the month but to my shock they went to debit on the 25th.
i get paid on the last day of the month hence i arranged for that day.now im being given a bad name because of their incompetence. im tired of calling nedbank over and over again.
